The user's PMI URL may optionally include the encoded meeting passcode (if a passcode is set for the PMI).The PMI must be detectable, and it must be populated in the Location field for users to select the tappable PMI link. The user’s Location field must include a valid PMI URL.This feature refers to how it is being implemented in Zoom Rooms. This functionality already exists in the Zoom desktop client.This feature allows the Zoom Room to easily find and join the user’s PMI. When the contact is selected from the contact list on the Zoom Room controller, the PMI link will be displayed in the contact details under Location. Users can insert a hyperlink of their personal meeting link in the Location field in their profile on the Zoom web portal. More information about Meeting/Webinar IDs can be found here.Zoom Room Controllers now displays a join link for a user's Personal Meeting ID (PMI), using the feature Join Personal Meeting ID. The webinar will be deleted from previous webinars 30 days after the scheduled end time. Webinar IDs will expire and be unusable past the webinars scheduled end-time if the webinar is not currently in progress.Recurring meeting IDs expire after 365 days from the last date it was used.If you do reuse the meeting ID during that 30 day period, it will allow for the meeting ID to be used for an additional 30 days (you may keep doing this). You can restart the same meeting ID as many times as you would like, within the 30-day period. A Scheduled (non-recurring) meeting ID will expire 30 days after the meeting is scheduled for (unless the meeting was recorded).Meet Now (Instant Meetings) meeting IDs expire when the meeting ends.Please note: Meetings scheduled prior to April 12, 2020, may have a Meeting ID that is 9 digits. Meet Now ( Instant Meetings), Scheduled Meetings (which may also be used as recurring meetings), and Webinar IDs contain 11 digits, while a Personal Meeting ID (also referred to as PMI) contains 10 digits. A Zoom Meeting/Webinar ID is the meeting number assigned to each Zoom meeting and can be a 10 or 11 digit number. ![]()
